Five on FRIDAY! February Review

February has come and gone and tomorrow is March 1st.
So in celebration of February ending...let's do a little five on Friday February '14 Style!

1.)  I can't wait to say "good-bye" to this and hello to green grass.
March.
It sounds like spring is coming, right?  It sounds hopeful that possibly soon *fingers crossed* we will be entering into "warmer" days....
after this big snowstorm that's coming this weekend of course!

2.)   Oliver turned 6 months this February!  1/2 a year??? My baby!
Those fingers...

Always.

3.)  Anya is the most helpful big sister.  It's hard to believe she's only two sometimes.
She loves taking care of Oliver.
 And making messes.  Poor guy...
4.)  Valentine's Day brunch was french toast hearts!  Anya thought they were "deeelicious".  Every holiday morning I decorate the table/ kitchen in the theme that it coordinates with.

5.) I still can't believe my little niece is 1!  Mary you are such a doll.  I love you!

Hello March, so glad to see you!!!

Throwback Thursday::Disney

In 2009 we went to Disney World with my parents and Katie.  We left in March over spring break and spent a week in a beautiful condo and checking out the Disney parks.  Our favorite was Epcot...funny because I remember being bored stiff and that one as a kid.

I've been craving spring like crazy...and with destination commercials and this never-ending winter I thought it was only appropriate to indulge in a past vacation.

Since the trip was pre-knee replacement surgery for mom, and dad just had his quad surgery from his fall on ice we got fast passes and didn't need to wait in line for anything....very nice!!

 "Morocco" in Epcot

I remember quenching her obsession with England at Epcot!  She was in love.

At MGM Studios Josh auditioned for "American Idol" and made it!!!
I can't remember what he sang but pretty sure it was a Tim McGraw song.

A highlight to me was the Lucy Museum...naturally;-)

Obviously this was our pre-kid days.
I can't wait to plan a future trip to Disney when Anya and Oliver are older!

Thanks Dad & Mom for a great vacation!
