Brookfield Zoo

We wanted to make this summer extra special since it will be our last summer with one child.  Because Anya loves animals so much we decided it would be fun to get a season pass to Brookfield Zoo.  We went last week and took Auntie Katie with us!  We got there right when it opened and it was perfect.  We got a great parking spot and hardly no one was there yet.  The storms that were predicted held off and we enjoyed the perfect summer morning with nice breezes.  It was the perfect morning for the zoo.

 

 

 Auntie Katie took Anya on the Carousel.  I was so proud of Anya.  She was scared at first and wanted to sit with Katie on the bench, but then saw a little boy hop up on an animal and then she wanted to also.  She picked the frog to sit on. 

We are excited to bring along the grandparents next time!
